Paubrasil coffee, named after Brazil's national tree, represents quality from the Cerrado Mineiro region. Traceable through QR codes, certified under the Regiao Cerrado Mineiro Designation of Origin program, it signifies authenticity and adherence to strict standards.

Cerrado Mineiro, in Minas Gerais State, holds Protected Geographical Indication since 2005. Its ideal climate and expertise make it renowned for consistent, high-quality coffee production.

With 4,500 farmers producing 6 million bags per harvest, elevations of 800-1,300 meters above sea level, and a culture of professionalism and innovation, the region stands as a pinnacle of coffee cultivation.

Strict criteria ensure quality: elevation, Arabica varieties, compliance with laws, and cupping scores above 80 points SCA. Additionally, coffee is stored in accredited warehouses for quality control.

Annual audits by the Totum Institute maintain quality standards, ensuring consumer trust in Cerrado Mineiro's coffee excellence.

About coffee:

The Inga community of Aponte, tracing their lineage back to the ancient Incas, sought refuge in the mountains, isolated until the late 19th century. Tragically, in the 1990s, their sanctuary became a site of exploitation, with guerrilla groups and drug traffickers forcing them into poppy and heroin production. However, in recent years, a positive transformation has occurred as the mountains transitioned into a safe zone for the Inga tribe, with coffee now flourishing in place of illegal crops.

At an impressive altitude of 2150 meters, the Caturra variety thrives in the fertile soil enriched by the Galeras Volcano's ash. Coffee processing takes place on smallholder properties, with an emphasis on Honey processing to reduce water consumption and enhance the coffee's inherent complexity.

Since 2015, Ally Coffee has proudly partnered with the Aponte community, supporting their transition to coffee cultivation and fostering sustainable practices.

Nariño, nestled within Colombia's Andean mountains, has historically faced violence due to its strategic location along trade routes. Despite these challenges, Nariño's resilient farmers have transformed the region into a beacon of coffee innovation and excellence.
